Yogi Bears
ages 2-5
This fun filled program allows young children to explore the art of yoga through music, movement and meditative exercises. Each class begins with an upbeat warmup comprised of various yoga poses, full body stretching and creative movement. Our yoga sequences help to enhance each child’s balance, coordination, flexibility and focus. From here we have the children participate in various yoga focused games and activities to work on fine motor skills as well as emotional and social development. The final portion of class is where children get to explore the importance of relaxation techniques through breathwork, story time and meditative exercises.
