Dance and Yoga Fusion

Each class begins with a fun and interactive warmup consisting of various yoga poses and full body stretching. This helps to reduce stress and improves each child’s coordination, flexibility, focus and balance. From here we turn up the music as the children learn a fun hip-hop routine which will be added onto weekly.

To keep the students engaged and motivated, we have them participate in various dance and yoga related games which also helps to enhance their team building skills as well as self expression and individuality. The last portion of class is dedicated to mindfulness and how relaxation and mediation can be applied in everyday life.
